Famous media personalities trusted us to organize their wedding in Hotel Amfiteatar. Vows were exchanged by a chef and participant of Masterchef and a well-known TV journalist.
The wedding was hosted by Hotel Amfiteatar and chef Deniz Zembo, and the venue, decorations, wedding dinner, catering, drinks and staff had to be prepared.
Wedding in Pula
Istria has become a hit destination for weddings. In Europe, it is already being compared to Provance from France and Tuscany from Italy.
One of the most popular places in Istria for weddings is in Pula. After all, Pula is home to one of the most famous monuments in this part of the world, the Roman Amphitheater, the best preserved of its kind in the whole world.
It is the perfect backdrop for taking pictures of the newlyweds, and for those with bigger pockets, there is the option of holding the entire wedding in the Pula Arena. Our newlyweds decided to take pictures in front of and inside the Amphitheater (Pula Arena). On the other hand, celebration and wedding took place in the nearby Hotel Amfiteatar.
Hotel Amfiteatar and weddings
Our newlyweds made a smart decision and chose Hotel Amfiteatar, for their wedding. The hotel is only 50 meters away from the Pula Arena, after which it got its name.
In this way, they could enjoy the ceremony in the very center of Pula, close to the waterfront, and take pictures in front of and inside the Amphitheater.
This hotel has been profiled for smaller weddings of up to 80 people, and due to its complete service, few can match it.
Namely, they offer newlyweds accommodation, wedding dinner, catering, sweet table, cake, serving and decorations.
The hotel has 3 stars, but due to the recent interior decoration, you get the impression that you are in a luxurious hotel.
Arrangement of the hall
High tables were chosen for the Igor and Ružica wedding, which meant that there would be fun and action all evening.
Combinations of greenery and art were chosen to decorate the space.
Menu for food lovers and foodies
The food was special, and how could it not be when it was prepared by famous croatian chef, Deniz Zembo.
According to the wishes of the newlyweds, it was a mixture of istrian specialties and street food. In the end, both the elderly and children enjoyed the bites equally.
The local forces were represented by istrian home made pasta “pljukanci” with prawns, truffles and arugula. Nothing could go without prosciutto, which was presented in a slight different way.
Oysters were a delicacy, which gourmets especially enjoyed. Polenta with prawns delighted those present, both with presentation and taste. Food included bruschette with tomato and cottage cheese, tartar cones. Mini burgers in various colors attracted the attention of younger guests.
