Many families have a tradition of organizing refreshments before the wedding. It’s an event that is organized for relatives and friends to meet and have a good time.
Pre-wedding reception can be organized on the day of the wedding or even a few days before the event.
Pre-wedding reception
The pre-wedding reception is a nice way to ease the tension and to spend quality time with dear people. It is also an setting in which to spend time with those guests who, for various reasons, will not be able to be with you on the wedding day.
So, how can you organize the pre-wedding reception? It must be a party, nothing formal. You can choose between seated dinner or a buffet. Our clients from Bale chose a buffet.

For our clients, we made a buffet dinner with different dishes and drinks on the central square in Bale. About 30 people enjoyed the magical old town center of this beautiful town in Istria.
Retro decoration
The decoration of the space and the table had to be in line with the beautiful history that surrounded us everywhere we turned. Everything was full of antiques in the form of old leather suitcases, wine barrels, wine jugs, etc.
The attraction was also an old timer scooter that attracted the attention of those present. The Vespa thus became the perfect backdrop for a photo.
Istrian and mediterranean food
The guests enjoyed the small snacks we prepared for them. Polenta with prawns was a real discovery, especially for guests who are not from these parts. One of the dishes was potato salad, which was served in glasses.
Istrian burgers with local and fresh ingredients were the biggest surprise of the day, and were especially liked by the youngest.
The best refreshment from the heat is always fruit, and this time it was watermelon and cantaloupe.
Bar and cocktails
The bar was stocked with excellent wine, beer and liqueurs. For lovers of a healthy lifestyle, smoothies were the discovery of the day.
